Buying A New Home? Here are some important things to remember.
1. The site salesperson represents the Builder; not the homebuyer! The sales contract contains a disclosure, which you will be required to sign, acknowledging that you have NO representation.
2. Arizona Home Builders do encourage REALTORS to show and sell their homes. However, the REALTOR must be with the client on the first visit to the site.
3. Signing in when you view a Builder's website may result in you waiving your right to later be represented by a REALTOR.
4. Home builders have agreed to a "Single Price Policy" which means that their home prices will be the same whether sold by the Builder or by an Arizona REALTOR. Therefore, it costs you nothing to have a REALTOR represent you and help you to protect your interests.
5. As a Buyer Broker, my responsibility is to protect you and your interests. Because of my knowledge and expertise, I can actually save you money.
Below is a link to Hot On Homes, please enjoy viewing the videos. If you have any questions, please call or email me. If you find a home you would like to visit, call me or my office and either myself or another REALTOR from my office will take you right over. Please don't go unrepresented.
