• I am well-traveled.  I have lived in Arizona for 40 years and know this state very well.  I have lived in Phoenix, Glendale, Prescott, Chino Valley and Tucson and have, or have had business interests in Phoenix, Peoria, Scottsdale, Tempe, Gilbert and Tucson.  Because of my professional rodeo involvement of over 20 years, I've traveled by road throughout Arizona extensively and thoughout most of the United States.
• I have many contacts.  My mobile equine practice gives me the opportunity to meet lots of people and to travel to many homes, ranches and farms all over central Arizona.  Attending various professional meetings in states throughout the United States gives me the opportunity to meet and connect with people from across the nation.
• I have extensive and varied experience with contract issues.  Through my own personal real estate dealings and through my personal business experiences, I have had occasion to use many types of contracts and have been required to solve many contract issues.
• I am familiar with Arizona water rights, challenges and concerns. I am currently on the Suburban Irrigation water board and I have a great deal of knowledge and experience in water issues. Water problems are common in Arizona.
• I have experience dealing with people and issues in a professional manner.  Maintaining an ethical relationship with clients is necessary in veterinary medicine, real estate and business practices. I have been successful at all three.
• My name is recognized all over Arizona and the southwest.  I write monthly veterinary articles for the Exhibitor's Link Magazine.  The magazine is very widely circulated throughout Arizona and surrounding states and this is one of the places that I advertise my real estate listings.
• I have a great deal of real estate experience.  My experience encompasses the Phoenix Metro and surrounding areas of Arizona including Queen Creek, Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe, Casa Grande, Coolidge, Maricopa, Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Gilbert, Ahwahtukee, Florence, Gold Canyon and Harquahala Valley.
